The honest mechanism — antioxidant, circulatory and cellular-energy support, not a detox.
Lungora works like most general-wellness capsules: its nutrients provide broad antioxidant defence, some circulatory and vascular support, and a role in cellular energy. There's no special "lung-cleansing" mechanism — and the seller's own materials describe it in general-wellness terms.
The marketing frames it as a four-step "cleanse." Described honestly, here's what the ingredients actually do:
| Area | What's really happening |
|---|---|
| Antioxidant defence | Alpha lipoic acid, turmeric curcuminoids and CoQ10 help neutralise everyday oxidative stress — a broad, whole-body effect. |
| Circulation & vascular tone | Butcher's broom and CoQ10 are traditionally linked to circulation and vascular support (butcher's broom is a vasoconstrictor — see safety). |
| Cellular energy | L-carnitine and CoQ10 play roles in how cells produce and use energy. |
| General nutrition | Magnesium glycinate supports normal muscle and nerve function — a well-tolerated everyday mineral. |
None of these mechanisms clears the lungs of toxins or mucus. Your lungs and their cilia largely clean themselves; the single most effective "lung cleanse" is not smoking (and getting help to quit if you do). A supplement can offer general nutritional support, but it can't do what the name implies.
